Some nights I just want an easy clean up after dinner and this one pan meal fits the bill. There is minimal clean up and everything cookes in the oven on one sheet pan. My family of 5 devoured this meal. I had enough for lunch the next day as well.

Barbeque Chicken with Potatoes and Green Beans

Makes: 5 Servings

Ingredients:
  • 4 checken breasts, butterfied and sliced
  • 1 bag of frozen green beans
  • 4 large yellow potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 onion (your choice)
  • 1 1/2 cups barbeque sauce, flavor of your choice
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. Toss potates in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to end of baking sheet.
    3. Toss green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to opposite side of end of baking sheet.
    4. Place onions next potatoes and place next to potatoes.
    5. Season chicken with garlic and onion powders, then in barbeque sauce. Add to open part of the sheet pan.
    6. Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    7. Serve from sheet pan on in your favorite serving bowl.
